Praiano, an authentic little village overlooking the sea, 100 metres below, is located between Positano and Amalfi, in the heart of the Amalfitaine coast. The house used to belong to a fisherman but has now been refurbished on more than 400 sqm. The view on the terraces planted with fruit trees and the island of Capri is breathtaking. The 6000 sqm garden is completely enclosed by a stone wall and has been terraced and grassed, it enables people to have a direct access to the sea. On its heights, a traditional pond can be found with a fontain ( it’s NOT a pool) . There are lots of places where to rest in the park which is very shady thanks to the lush nature of the region.The house is accessible by small streets below the main foopath, about 250 metres from the church. The cars are parked in a private independent car park, 5 minutes’ walk from the house, just above the main street and the shops.The staff comes to pick up the luggage and take it to the house. The environment offers the opportunity to appreciate the gentle pleasures of life. No neighbours. There are large rocks on the sea shore. The whole estate is completely secured.

Interior: The house is facing due south. It was all restored by an Austrian architect, last year. It has a contemporary style offering a quiet and chic atmosphere, at the same time. The equipment is new. The groundfloor is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a small telly lounge with bar and a dining-room. All the rooms open on a terrace where there is a summer dining-room. First floor: (100 sqm ) 2 suites and a double bedroom, all of them with an en suite bathroom and toilets. Second floor: (100 sqm ) 3 double bedrooms, with heigh ceilings ( 5 m ) and en suite bathrooms and toilets. Each level has a solarium terrace. Terrace on the roof with summer lounge. Each room (25 sqm ) has a sea view and most of them an access on the terraces.
